Women’s Health/ Reproductive Psychiatry

Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
Is your child constantly worrying or feeling sad without a clear reason? Are they struggling to focus, stay organized, or control impulsive behaviors? Perhaps there are concerns about appearance, leading your child to engage in restrictive eating or excessive exercise?Is your child struggling with weight-related concerns, feeling self-conscious, or being bullied? At The Healthy Weigh MD, our pediatric psychiatry services are designed to address these and other challenges, providing specialized care for children and adolescents.

Integrative Solutions
Combining traditional medication with nutraceuticals, mindfulness, or other augmenting agents when appropriate, I provide a balanced approach to mental health and obesity care.

Fees
For confidentiality and convenience, The Healthy Weigh MD only accepts cash payments (Square, Zelle, CashApp, Visa/Mastercard). Dr. Washington is not in Network with any insurance companies. She does not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or Private Insurances (such as Blue Cross, United, Cigna). This allows for individual personalized care plans without the intrusion of insurance companies. Upon request, you will be given a superbill for services provided. You are encouraged to speak directly with your insurance company to see if you are eligible for reimbursement.
New patient appointments can last up to 90 minutes, while follow-up appointments often last 15 to 25 minutes.
Medication refills are available for active patients. Patients will be seen regularly but at least every 2-3 months.
Women's Mental Health (Peripartum, Postpartum, Infertility treatments, life transitions):
Initial Integrative Psychiatry and Weight Management Evaluation- up to 75 minutes: $750.00 ($649.00)

If needed, a new patient appointment may be broken into 2 sessions.
Therapy and Medication Follow-Up Evaluation: $600.00 ($497.00)
Medication Management Followup: $350.00
Meal Replacement Program: Price of evaluation above + price of food which is not included.
Group Sessions: Mood and Weight support groups $50-150 dollars/session.
Second Opinion -up to 120 minutes: $1150 ($1049)

Detailed evaluation of psychiatric issues including chart review, reviewing collateral, contacting schools/therapists as needed and providing a detailed report within 3 weeks of completing the evaluation.
Bariatric Psychiatric Evaluations:

Basic Evaluation with follow up report: $450 ($400)

Premier Evaluation with more thorough evaluation: $550 - 750 ($500- $700) including a detailed report and one follow-up session - if needed to further clarify diagnoses and likelihood of success after surgery)
Pediatric Services (Weight Management, Mood issues, Body Image):
Pediatric Integrative Psychiatry and Weight Management Evaluation: $950.00 ($749)

The first visit is a consultation. If we decide after the first visit that we are not a good fit or you need a higher level of care, we will provide a written consultation report for you to share with your next physician and will do our best to provide information for you to see someone better suited.

Controlled Substances cannot be written for patients who have not been seen in person. We are a virtual/remote only clinic at this time.
