To increase confidentiality and ease of providing service. The Healthy Weigh MD accepts cash payments only.

 

Dr. Bell can provide a super bill/invoice if you would like to submit to your insurance company on your own. You would need to call your insurance company and discuss their ability to reimburse the service and how best to proceed, if you decide to go that route.

New patient appointment: 60 minutes up to 90 minutes

Follow up appointment: 15- 25 mins

Medication refills will be provided for active patients.

Controlled Substances cannot be written for patients who have not been seen in person. We are a virtual/remote only clinic at this time. Therefore, conditions will be treated without controlled substances.
